Composers of Film Music

Earlier in Journeys of Life, we’ve had an article on composers. This time we will deal solely with composers of film music. What would a great film be without great music? Original score, songs? The list below will present some of the most unforgettable, magnificent scores and their composers, and the film where the music appeared, whether awarded or not.

But before reading any further, go and have a look at what Wikipedia has to say about film scores.

Sometimes when leaving s movie theater, having seen a very good film, you just know that that is not the end you’ve heard of it. The music that is. You might not care to see the film again, but you definitely want to hear the music!

And not because it would enliven your memories and appreciation of that good film, but because it would fill you with the same strong emotions you had during the film, largely thanks to the music.

Of those of you who have seen Interstellar for example, how many of you have seen the film again, but listened to the score dozens of time? That’s nothing to say about the magnificence of the film, but something to say about how truly important, significant and valuable it is for the score to be just as magnificent.

Today’s audio systems are also so developed that you feel almost pampered sitting in a movie theater surrounded by all the kovaääniset Xxxx bringing forth the sounds through Xxxx.

Without further ado, here’s the (alphabetical) list together with some sample music attached.
